  • Lead Deepgram's enterprise/go-to-market efforts for Fortune 500 and strategic accounts, driving large ARR opportunities and long-term expansion.
  • This hands-on leader will manage senior Enterprise AEs and partner cross-functionally to shape enterprise GTM and account strategy.
  • Key Responsibilities Build, lead, and scale a high-performing Enterprise AE organization focused on strategic accounts.
  • Drive enterprise revenue growth across new logos and account expansion.
  • Engage personally in largest deals from discovery through close and develop C-suite relationships.
  • Coach teams on MEDDPICC, procurement navigation, and executive negotiations.
  • Implement AI-enabled workflows and co-sell motions with hyperscalers and partners.
  • Requirements Proven enterprise sales leadership with experience closing 7-8 figure deals.
  • Strong executive presence and experience managing strategic account relationships.
  • Operational rigor in forecasting, territory planning, and pipeline strategy.
