Drive end-to-end contracting for Professional Services engagements.

• •Coordinate and drive end-to-end contracting for Professional Services engagements, acting as a subject-matter expert to mitigate risk and enable timely delivery.
• •Establish scalable contracting mechanisms to improve consistency and outcomes.
• •Key Responsibilities Lead drafting and negotiation of complex SOWs and change orders, defining scope, deliverables, and timelines.
• •Define measurable success criteria and establish operating rhythms to track progress and resolve issues.
• •Set and apply contracting guardrails, identifying and escalating legal/procurement/financial risks.
• •Own the governance model for changes, driving cross-functional alignment and maintaining an audit trail.
• •Develop and standardize templates, clause guidance, and negotiation playbooks.
• •Requirements 8+ years of experience in contract management, professional services, or consulting.
• •Proven ability to drive outcomes through cross-functional influence in a SaaS environment.
• •In-depth understanding of software and Professional Services delivery models.
