Own the end-to-end technical support experience for Sardine's fraud prevention and AML compliance platform.
- •Sardine is seeking an experienced Support Engineer to lead the technical and functional customer support experience for its fraud prevention and AML platform.
- •You will troubleshoot complex issues across APIs and SDKs while collaborating with engineering and customer success teams.
- •Key Responsibilities Act as the primary technical contact for customers via email, chat, and phone.
- •Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues involving APIs and web-stack technologies.
- •Create technical documentation and tools to improve customer self-sufficiency.
- •Escalate bugs to development teams and advocate for product improvements.
- •Requirements 5+ years of experience in technical support, solutions, or software engineering.
- •Strong proficiency in SQL and REST APIs using tools like Postman.
- •Deep understanding of web technologies and cloud infrastructure.
- •Experience with B2B SaaS, fintech, or compliance environments.
