- •Lead the Pay-In (collections) product charter to enable customers to collect funds globally without local bank accounts, owning strategy through execution to drive adoption and stickiness.
- •Key Responsibilities Launch Pay-In v1 across priority fiat rails and virtual accounts.
- •Design smart order routing for fiat↔stablecoin and routing automation.
- •Build payment tracking and reconciliation features (references, mapping, webhooks).
- •Define operational SLAs, onboarding, limits, exceptions, refunds, and support playbooks.
- •Requirements Experience shipping API-first payments products with focus on reliability and reconciliation.
- •Ability to write technical specs and drive tradeoffs across product/engineering/ops/compliance.
- •Proven DRI ownership of a product line, measuring adoption, volume, reliability, unit economics.
- •Strong customer discovery and reconciliation domain knowledge.
