Run RevOps analytics, pipeline hygiene, forecasting, and sales process to drive revenue outcomes.
- •Cogent seeks a data-driven Revenue Operations analyst to run pipeline, forecasting, and sales process improvements for an AI-native cybersecurity startup.
- •You'll partner closely with Head of Growth and sales leadership to translate analytics into outcomes.
- •Key Responsibilities Manage pipeline hygiene, staging discipline, and target account lists.
- •Run forecasting operations and track actuals versus targets.
- •Perform conversion and closed-loss analysis to surface risks and reactivation opportunities.
- •Design sales processes, stage gating, and enablement to improve rep adoption.
- •Lead special projects like partner strategy and business cases for GTM motions.
- •Requirements 3-6 years in RevOps, sales ops, strategy, or GTM operations at B2B SaaS.
- •Deep CRM expertise (HubSpot or Salesforce) and pipeline management skills.
- •Extremely quantitative and analytical; comfortable presenting to leadership.
