  • Hint Health seeks a Senior Manager to own its Marketplace and partner ecosystem, driving partner sourcing, onboarding, and launches to grow Marketplace adoption.
  • Key Responsibilities Source and recruit strategic marketplace partners and run outbound to decision-makers.
  • Manage inbound partner engagement and qualification decisions.
  • Design partner solutions and coordinate technical/commercial paths.
  • Negotiate and close partner agreements and revenue models.
  • Lead onboarding, launches, and build repeatable partner playbooks and reporting.
  • Requirements 5+ years in marketplace, platform partnerships, BD, or sales engineering.
  • Comfortable discussing APIs, integrations, and product systems.
  • Strong negotiation and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Experience working with product, engineering, and GTM teams.
