• •Key Responsibilities Develop and execute the integrated field marketing strategy for the UK&I, Nordics, and Israel Translate global campaigns into locally relevant programs that resonate with finance and accounting leaders Identify the right mix of events, campaigns, account-based initiatives, and digital engagement to drive pipeline growth Partner closely with sales leaders across UK&I, Nordics, and Israel to align marketing activity with pipeline priorities Manage and allocate the regional field marketing budget Requirements 7+ years of B2B marketing experience, ideally within SaaS or enterprise technology Proven experience leading field marketing or regional demand generation programs Demonstrated success driving pipeline growth in partnership with sales teams Experience managing regional marketing budgets and evaluating program ROI Experience working across multiple countries or markets BA/BS degree required
