About the role
Manage B2B SaaS customers to drive retention and revenue growth.
- •Manage a portfolio of B2B SaaS customers in food tech to drive retention, expansion and long-term partnerships.
- •Key Responsibilities Own renewals and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities to grow revenue.
- •Build strategic relationships and run Quarterly Business Reviews for high-value accounts.
- •Act as main customer contact and internal advocate across Product, Legal, and Finance.
- •Lead customer projects and resolve mid-level escalations to ensure successful delivery.
- •Requirements 3-5 years in Account Management or commercial B2B SaaS roles.
- •Fluent in English, Dutch and French with strong communication skills.
- •Commercial acumen with understanding of subscriptions, upsell and churn signals.
- •Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot or Salesforce) and familiarity with APIs/integrations.
