About the role

Manage B2B SaaS customers to drive retention and revenue growth.

  • Manage a portfolio of B2B SaaS customers in food tech to drive retention, expansion and long-term partnerships.
  • Key Responsibilities Own renewals and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities to grow revenue.
  • Build strategic relationships and run Quarterly Business Reviews for high-value accounts.
  • Act as main customer contact and internal advocate across Product, Legal, and Finance.
  • Lead customer projects and resolve mid-level escalations to ensure successful delivery.
  • Requirements 3-5 years in Account Management or commercial B2B SaaS roles.
  • Fluent in English, Dutch and French with strong communication skills.
  • Commercial acumen with understanding of subscriptions, upsell and churn signals.
  • Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot or Salesforce) and familiarity with APIs/integrations.
