• •Gusto is seeking a Staff Business Systems Analyst to join their Unified Service Platform team.
• •This role will focus on engineering an AI-driven ecosystem to align GTM and Service operations, replacing fragmented solutions with a singular System of Intelligence.
• •Key Responsibilities Lead system improvements for the Salesforce platform.
• •Manage integrated applications and third-party suppliers.
• •Partner with stakeholders to define roadmaps and tools.
• •Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap of lead-to-cash capabilities.
• •Communicate platform changes to end users and stakeholders.
• •Requirements 7+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst supporting Revenue organizations. 4+ years of strategic Salesforce ownership.
• •Comprehensive knowledge of GTM tools (e.g., Salesforce, NICE CXOne, Chili Piper, RingLead).
• •Comfort using AI tools (e.g., Claude, Copilot) to accelerate development.
