- •Flex is seeking a strategic and hands-on Head of Growth Marketing to build and scale a modern growth engine.
- •Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the Demand Gen team, ensuring strong execution across performance marketing, digital channels, and enterprise campaigns Own paid acquisition across channels, including search, display, paid social, and retargeting Act as the owner of Flex’s self-serve motion, responsible for top-of-funnel acquisition and fueling PLG growth Requirements 6–10+ years of experience in growth, digital, or performance marketing, ideally in FinTech or a B2B SaaS environment 3+ years of people management experience, with a track record of building and mentoring high-performing teams Proven success scaling organizations from $50M → $100M → $200M + ARR
