- •We're looking for a Performance Analytics & Insights Analyst to help us measure what matters.
- •This role is all about using People data, performance metrics, and statistical tools to understand what makes our people tick, spot key trends, and provide insights to make Monzo an even better place to work and drive performance.
- •Key Responsibilities Define, track, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs).
- •Dive into data to find patterns and trends.
- •Build and maintain real-time dashboards using Google Sheets and Looker.
- •Turn complex data into clear recommendations for strategy shaping.
- •Suggest and implement data-driven solutions for process improvement.
- •Requirements Proficiency with SQL, advanced Excel, and data visualization tools like Looker.
- •Solid foundation in statistics (regression, significance testing, predictive modeling).
- •Ability to communicate complex data into clear stories for all audiences.
- •Real-world experience in People Analytics, HR Analytics, or a related Data Analysis role.
