Operations Supervisor, Cardiology

Oversees cardiac diagnostic services, ensuring quality patient care and operational efficiency.

• •The Cardiac Testing Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of cardiac diagnostic services at our Pomona and Rancho Cucamonga locations.
• •This role ensures high-quality patient care, operational efficiency, and regulatory compliance while leading a team of cardiac technicians and support staff.
• •Key Responsibilities Supervise, train, and evaluate cardiac technicians and support staff.
• •Coordinate daily operations of the cardiac testing department.
• •Implement and maintain quality control programs.
• •Ensure exceptional patient care.
• •Effectively manage operations between Pomona and Rancho Cucamonga facilities.
• •Requirements 2-3 year experience in Cardiovascular Technology, Healthcare Administration, Nursing, or related field Previous supervisory experience (2+ years preferred) Knowledge of cardiac testing procedures.
• •Understanding of healthcare regulations and accreditation requirements.
• •Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
