About the role
TL;DR
Manage return operations, ticket handling, and faulty return requests.
- •Key Responsibilities Handle return tickets for demo closures, rental closures, faulty returns, replacements, and repair requests.
- •Accelerate return pickups by coordinating with logistics partners.
- •Maintain inventory visibility for all returned assets.
- •Ensure timely processing of faulty returns.
- •Generate data-driven insights on return operations.
- •Requirements 2-5 years in operations, reverse logistics, customer support operations, warehouse returns, or repair/replacement management.
- •Strong coordination and follow-up skills.
- •Excellent communication skills.
- •Experience in ticketing/CRM systems.
- •Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.
