Sr. Director, Enterprise Systems

Leads global strategy and execution for enterprise business systems, integrations, and architecture to drive operational scale.

• •Director of Enterprise Systems leads the global strategy and operational excellence of business systems including ERP, HRIS, and CRM.
• •You will establish the technical vision and governance models to power core enterprise platforms and support operational scale.
• •Key Responsibilities Develop strategic roadmaps for enterprise applications and integration frameworks across the global organization.
• •Oversee lifecycle management and governance for platforms like ServiceNow, Anaplan, and Data Lakehouses.
• •Lead enterprise architecture standards and partner with Security and Infrastructure teams for compliance and risk mitigation.
• •Requirements 12+ years of experience in enterprise IT with 5+ years in senior leadership roles.
• •Deep expertise in enterprise integration architectures, APIs, and middleware.
• •Proven track record managing large SaaS vendor portfolios and complex ERP/CRM ecosystems.
