- •Key Responsibilities Support presales to assess customer infrastructure and identify blockers Validate and configure secure customer setups across systems and networks Troubleshoot issues across systems, networks, browsers, APIs and devices Support technical scaling and document setups and handoffs Flag recurring issues and improve internal tools and processes Requirements Several years of Windows and/or Linux system administration experience Experience with virtualization, Docker, web servers (Nginx, IIS) and load balancing Strong networking skills (firewalls, proxies, routing, MDMs) and API troubleshooting Fluent German (C2) and English (C1); strong communication and documentation skills
