• •Axle Health is seeking a Senior Product Manager to drive execution of key features within our scheduling and workforce management software for in-home healthcare providers.
• •Key Responsibilities Own end-to-end product execution for key features within our scheduling, route optimization, and patient engagement platforms Work iteratively with engineering teams to scope features, make intelligent trade-offs, and accelerate delivery of high-impact roadmap initiatives Partner closely with program management to understand operational workflows, gather requirements from home healthcare providers, and ensure solutions fit seamlessly into clinical operations Requirements 7+ years of product management experience with a proven track record of shipping impactful products at high-growth startups Health tech experience with deep understanding of healthcare operations, provider workflows, or clinical care delivery; OR demonstrated success building products in logistics, operations, scheduling, or workforce management domains Experience working in early-stage startup environments (Seed through Series B) where you've had to build iteratively with limited resources
