• •As a Field Operator, you will serve as Traba's in-market operational hands focused on recruiting, onboarding, and preparing workers for placement across the market.
• •Key Responsibilities Worker Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with workers across the market.
• •Community & Partner Relationships: Develop and maintain relationships with workforce centers, community organizations, and local partners.
• •Worker Vetting & Onboarding: Oversee worker vetting, drug testing, and onboarding end-to-end.
• •Worker Funnel Management: Manage the full worker funnel from sourcing to placement-ready workers.
• •PPE & On-Site Support: Distribute and manage PPE, and provide on-site presence at customer facilities as needed.
• •Requirements High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• •Bilingual (English & Spanish) required. 1-2+ years of experience in operations or customer-facing environments.
• •Strong recruiting instincts and the ability to source, screen, and convert candidates.
• •Comfortable running large group onboarding sessions and presenting in front of workers.
