• •Key Responsibilities Audit and improve QC procedures, rubrics, and classification frameworks Embed with teams to observe workflows, surface patterns, and recommend improvements Align and run calibration sessions with offshore QC vendors Own clear, durable documentation and roll out changes across teams Requirements 4+ years in project management, operations, process design, or QA in tech/software Proven track record improving procedures, rubrics, or classification frameworks Strong written communication and pattern recognition Comfort with tools like Notion, Confluence, Airtable, and Jira
