• •You will be instrumental in ensuring customers have a positive and effective experience with innovative robotic solutions.
• •Key Responsibilities Onboard new customers and guide them through the setup and use of humanoid robots.
• •Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for customer inquiries and technical issues.
• •Gather customer feedback to identify areas for product and service improvement.
• •Requirements Experience in customer success, support, or a related client-facing role.
