Assistant Manager, Ocean Operations

Manage ocean shipment operations to ensure on-time delivery and high customer satisfaction.

• •Manage end-to-end ocean shipment operations within the ISC regional network, ensuring on-time delivery and high quality customer experience.
• •Key Responsibilities Coordinate daily logistics with carriers, cartage partners, customs, and warehouses.
• •Execute end-to-end freight movement and manage exceptions.
• •Meet internal KPIs and SLAs for quality and on-time performance.
• •Follow SOPs and drive process improvements with teammates and tech partners.
• •Requirements Bachelor's degree with minimum 5 years in global forwarding or related roles. 4+ years of ocean freight, import compliance, or warehousing experience encouraged.
• •Strong communication, critical thinking, and attention to detail.
• •Proficient in MS Office/Google apps and able to work collaboratively.
