• •Finite State is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead and grow high-performing teams while redefining how modern, AI-native engineering organizations build and ship software.
• •Key Responsibilities Lead, mentor, and grow a team (or teams) of 5–15+ engineers.
• •Drive delivery of software that meets strict, measurable standards for quality, reliability, and maintainability.
• •Define and implement AI-driven quality strategies and AI-first development workflows.
• •Establish comprehensive observability and implement AI-powered tooling across the SDLC.
• •Requirements Experience managing teams of 5–15+ engineers.
• •Passion for building systems with automated quality enforcement and continuous improvement.
• •Experience defining and implementing AI-driven quality strategies and AI-first development workflows.
• •Familiarity with AI tooling, LLMs, and agent-based systems for development and testing.
