Associate AI Safety Engineer focused on frontier model evaluations and government client projects.
- •As an Associate within Faculty's AI Safety team, you will be instrumental in scoping, building, and delivering impactful AI projects, with a focus on frontier model evaluations and crucial crossover work with government clients.
- •You will build trusted client relationships, analyze requirements, and ensure AI tools are optimized for real-world operations.
- •Key Responsibilities Manage individual work streams for AI solution delivery.
- •Collaborate with stakeholders to understand mission challenges and user needs.
- •Conduct open-source analysis for AI tool development.
- •Translate operational requirements into user stories for delivery teams.
- •Design and test workflows for high-stakes decision-making.
- •Requirements Demonstrate analytical thinking and clear communication of complex information.
- •Passion for Applied AI safety, potentially from lab, academia, or red teaming experience.
- •External client-facing experience and ability to build trusted relationships.
- •Experience working with technical teams.
- •Understanding of Agile methodologies and iterative development.
- •Proactive in ambiguous situations with a track record of taking initiative.
- •Excited and knowledgeable about AI Safety innovation.
