- •Key Responsibilities Audit completed verification reports against Report QA rulesets, validating identity and entity matching, field completeness, internal consistency, and reasonableness of data.
- •Execute Outreach QA reviews on a randomized sample of manual-source verifications (email, fax, phone, third-party providers).
- •Document QA outcomes precisely (pass, soft fail, hard fail, warning), citing evidence and rule references.
- •Collaborate with Outreach and Transcription team leadership to resolve discrepancies and coach to standard work.
- •Requirements Experience with or interest in QA, operations auditing, or compliance within background screening, VOE/VOI lending, HR operations, or similar data-sensitive environments.
- •Detail orientation with structured note-taking and the ability to cite evidence for each QA finding.
- •Analytical judgment to distinguish between soft fails and hard fails, escalate appropriately, and recommend course corrections.
- •Understanding of FCRA-adjacent practices and secure data handling expectations.
