- •Explore collaboration opportunities with token partners to expand product offerings.
- •Monitor daily Earn product performance and troubleshoot issues.
- •Track and analyze marketing campaign effectiveness and growth initiatives.
- •Support VIP and institutional client management and onboarding.
- •Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Economics, or related field.
- •Relevant experience in operations, growth, product marketing, partnerships, or business development, preferably in crypto or fintech.
- •Strong understanding of crypto Earn products, TradFi products, DeFi ecosystems, and Lending/Borrowing mechanisms.
- •Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- •Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making abilities.
