• •Polygon Labs is building the infrastructure to move all money onchain, positioning itself at the center of stablecoin settlement through its Open Money Stack.
• •With recent acquisitions and accelerating market momentum, the company is generating meaningful revenue and growing fast.
• •Key Responsibilities Own and scale the global revenue organization, driving sustainable revenue growth.
• •Define and implement the commercial strategy and operating model for efficient revenue scaling.
• •Establish clear frameworks for ICP prioritization, deal quality, and pricing discipline.
• •Build and operate the commercial cadence, including pipeline governance and forecasting accuracy.
• •Partner with Product and Marketing to translate strategy into go-to-market execution.
• •Requirements Experience building and scaling revenue operating systems in high-growth tech, payments, or fintech companies.
• •Deep familiarity with blockchain technology and onchain payments.
• •Track record of leading complex enterprise sales cycles and commercial negotiations.
