• •Ontic is looking for a Senior Events Manager to oversee event planning, logistics, and execution.
• •Key Responsibilities Own the end-to-end planning and execution of Ontic’s event portfolio.
• •Build and manage detailed project plans, timelines, run-of-show documents, and staffing plans.
• •Lead venue sourcing, vendor selection, contract negotiation, and budget management.
• •Requirements 7+ years of experience in B2B events, event management, or event production.
• •Deep experience in event logistics and production, including managing vendors, venues, A/V, and onsite execution.
• •Proven track record owning complex event portfolios tied to measurable pipeline outcomes.
