Ensures success of Cradle’s largest customers in protein R&D.

  • As an Engagement Manager, you will ensure that Cradle’s largest customers achieve success across their entire protein R&D portfolio.
  • Key Responsibilities Oversee post-sale success across global biotech and pharma customers.
  • Define and track portfolio-level success metrics and ROI.
  • Establish and lead steering committees to align stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with Scientific Advisors to ensure smooth project initiation.
  • Solicit, capture and communicate customer feedback.
  • Requirements Deep understanding of biopharma R&D workflows. 5-7+ years in enterprise client-facing roles.
  • Proven ability to lead complex, multi-stakeholder programs.
  • Strong relationship-building and executive presence.
  • MSc or advanced degree in Molecular Biology, Biotechnology, Bioengineering, or related field.
