  • As a Sales Development Representative, you'll lay the foundation for our DACH expansion.
  • Key Responsibilities Acquire new potential customers in the DACH market through outbound and strategic prospecting Conduct conversations with CFOs, finance leaders, and business executives to identify pain points and generate interest in our solution Qualify leads and schedule high-value demos for our Account Executives Collaborate closely with AEs, Marketing, and Sales Ops to sustainably grow our pipeline Test new outreach approaches and contribute your own ideas for lead generation Monitor KPIs, optimize sales funnels data-driven, and see the direct impact of your work on the pipeline Learn modern SaaS sales from the ground up through structured onboarding Requirements Completed degree in Business Administration, Finance, Psychology, or related fields; prior sales experience is a plus Fluent in German and English Hands-on mentality Interest in measuring success through goals and KPIs to achieve top performance quickly Competitive and goal-oriented personality with a motivation to achieve visible success through strong performance
