- •Lead regional sales efforts for Clara in Rio de Janeiro, growing Mid-Market and Enterprise accounts and driving revenue growth.
- •Key Responsibilities Own end-to-end sales cycle for Mid-Market and Enterprise clients.
- •Leverage local network to generate qualified leads and opportunities.
- •Manage complex, multi-stakeholder deal cycles and procurement processes.
- •Use HubSpot, Metabase, Amplemarket, and N8N to optimize pipeline and KPIs.
- •Collaborate with product, risk, legal, and CS teams via Slack and Google Drive.
- •Requirements Proven sales experience in Mid-Market and Enterprise B2B sales.
- •Strong local network and relationships in Rio de Janeiro business ecosystem.
- •Experience managing complex deal cycles and stakeholder engagement.
- •Familiarity with CRM and analytics tools (HubSpot, Metabase).
