  • Lead regional sales efforts for Clara in Rio de Janeiro, growing Mid-Market and Enterprise accounts and driving revenue growth.
  • Key Responsibilities Own end-to-end sales cycle for Mid-Market and Enterprise clients.
  • Leverage local network to generate qualified leads and opportunities.
  • Manage complex, multi-stakeholder deal cycles and procurement processes.
  • Use HubSpot, Metabase, Amplemarket, and N8N to optimize pipeline and KPIs.
  • Collaborate with product, risk, legal, and CS teams via Slack and Google Drive.
  • Requirements Proven sales experience in Mid-Market and Enterprise B2B sales.
  • Strong local network and relationships in Rio de Janeiro business ecosystem.
  • Experience managing complex deal cycles and stakeholder engagement.
  • Familiarity with CRM and analytics tools (HubSpot, Metabase).
