Manager, Data Center Operations

Manage data center operations for Fal AI's physical infrastructure.

• •Build and run Fal AI's data center operations as the company moves from rented capacity to owned physical infrastructure, creating standards and teams for commissioning and maintenance.
• •Key Responsibilities Design, fit-out, and commission white space across owned and colo sites including power and cooling systems.
• •Build and run smart hands and break-fix teams and operating playbooks.
• •Manage multi-site portfolio through build, commission, ramp, and live stages.
• •Hold vendors and integrators to schedule and technical spec and own rack/layout and serviceability decisions.
• •Requirements Experience deploying >10MW of data center capacity and designing interconnected HPC/supercomputing clusters.
• •Strong vendor negotiation and vendor management skills.
• •Deep knowledge of OEMs, colo providers, and market capacity/power dynamics.
• •Ability to establish scalable standards for multi-site commissioning.
