About the role
TL;DR
Provide executive and office support to the APJ Country Manager and team in Tokyo.
- •Provide comprehensive support to the APJ Country Manager and APJ team, managing daily operations and ensuring seamless communication.
- •This role involves both executive and office assistance duties.
- •Key Responsibilities Independently manage the Country Manager’s calendar and communications.
- •Prepare, coordinate, and moderate meetings, taking minutes and tracking action items.
- •Coordinate domestic and international travel logistics and expense reconciliation.
- •Oversee office operations in Tokyo, including mail handling, purchasing, and health & safety.
- •Plan and support local and global office events.
- •Requirements Fluency in Japanese and advanced business-level English.
- •Bachelor’s degree or higher.
- •Proficiency in Google Workspace and Mac-based business applications.
- •Strong problem-solving skills and ability to navigate ambiguity.
