- •Xona Space Systems is seeking a highly motivated RF Test Engineer to design, implement, and execute test campaigns for their next-generation satellite navigation systems.
- •This role involves hands-on work with flight hardware and RF systems.
- •Key Responsibilities Design, implement, and execute test plans for RF systems including payload transmit/receive chains and GNSS receivers.
- •Build and maintain RF test setups using VNAs, spectrum analyzers, and signal generators.
- •Develop automated test scripts and data capture tools.
- •Analyze RF test data to validate system performance and troubleshoot anomalies.
- •Support environmental testing with RF test instrumentation.
- •Requirements B.S. or M.S. in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or a related field. 3+ years of hands-on experience in RF testing, preferably in aerospace or telecommunications.
- •Deep familiarity with RF test equipment (spectrum analyzers, VNAs, signal generators).
- •Proficiency in Python for test automation and data analysis.
- •Comfort working in lab environments and around flight hardware.
