- •Crusoe is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer to manage day-to-day identity and access management operations.
- •This role focuses on maintaining the Okta ecosystem, managing user lifecycles, onboarding applications for SSO, and supporting the SaaS application stack.
- •Key Responsibilities Own end-to-end user lifecycle management in Okta.
- •Manage SaaS application administration and optimize software spend.
- •Build access request workflows and approval automations.
- •Administer Okta security features and build automations for repetitive IAM tasks.
- •Act as a Tier 2 escalation point for complex access and authentication issues.
- •Requirements 5+ years of experience in Systems Engineering, IT Operations, or IAM with hands-on Okta administration.
- •Experience with Identity Governance platforms (e.g., Lumos).
- •Proven experience managing user lifecycle automation.
- •Familiarity with Okta security features (FastPass MFA, device trust) and SCIM provisioning.
- •Working knowledge of no-code/low-code automation tools (Okta Workflows).
