Lead strategy, optimization, and modernization of enterprise and manufacturing systems.

• •Lead strategy, optimization, and modernization of enterprise and manufacturing systems as Product Owner and systems owner, partnering cross-functionally to improve integrations and workflows across the organization.
• •Key Responsibilities Act as Product Owner and systems owner for enterprise and manufacturing platforms.
• •Lead requirements gathering for system implementations, integrations, and workflow redesign.
• •Partner with Manufacturing, Finance, Operations, Engineering, IT, and vendors to align systems strategy.
• •Support and improve ERP/CRM/finance/manufacturing integrations and workflows.
• •Translate business requirements into delivery plans and support systems modernization initiatives.
• •Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent).
• •Experience with ERP and enterprise systems ownership and integrations.
• •Strong business process analysis and requirements definition skills.
• •Ability to bridge business stakeholders and technical teams; product ownership experience.
