About the role
Lead revenue operations, owning GTM systems, data, and processes for predictable revenue growth.
- •As VP of Revenue Operations, you will be the architect of the GTM engine, owning the systems, data, and processes that make the revenue motion predictable and scalable.
- •You will partner directly with the CRO to design the playbook and lead a high-performing team.
- •Key Responsibilities Design and optimize GTM strategy and revenue operating models across enterprise and PLG motions.
- •Own revenue planning, forecasting frameworks, and territory design to support growth to $50M ARR.
- •Manage the GTM technology stack and build AI-enabled RevOps infrastructure to automate workflows.
- •Implement pipeline management and board-ready reporting using MEDDIC qualification frameworks.
- •Requirements 8+ years in Revenue Operations or GTM Strategy with 2+ years in B2B SaaS leadership.
- •Proven success scaling revenue from sub-$20M to $50M+ in a high-growth environment.
- •Deep expertise in MEDDIC/MEDDPICC qualification frameworks and Salesforce administration.
- •Experience with AI GTM tools and automation platforms like Clay, Apollo, or Common Room.
