• •Drive internal AI initiatives that help Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and RevOps move faster and operate more intelligently.
• •Key Responsibilities Partner with GTM leadership to identify high-impact opportunities for AI-powered automation Own the GTM AI roadmap, prioritizing initiatives based on business impact Program-manage the design, build, and rollout of AI workflows across the GTM stack Translate ambiguous business problems into structured programs with clear success metrics Establish frameworks for measuring AI initiative success Requirements 5-8+ years of program management, ideally within GTM operations, business systems, digital transformation, or AI operations Proven track record managing cross-functional programs and working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders Deep familiarity with GTM systems and workflows Analytical mindset with ability to translate technical insights into executive-level narratives Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
