Staff Engineer - App Platform

Build and scale the core platform for Atlan's data catalog and governance solutions.

• •Atlan is seeking a Staff Engineer to join their App Platform team.
• •This role will focus on building and scaling the core platform that powers Atlan's data catalog and governance solutions.
• •Key Responsibilities Design, build, and maintain scalable and reliable backend services.
• •Develop and improve infrastructure for CI/CD, monitoring, and alerting.
• •Collaborate with product and engineering teams to define platform strategy and roadmap.
• •Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical decision-making.
• •Requirements Proven experience as a Staff Engineer or Senior Engineer with a focus on platform development.
• •Strong proficiency in Go and experience with Kubernetes and AWS.
• •Experience with infrastructure as code tools like Terraform.
• •Familiarity with GraphQL and gRPC.
