• •The Principal Operations Program Manager is the operational backbone of Huntress's Global SOC, driving process, tooling, and reporting improvements to scale investigations and enforce consistency.
• •Key Responsibilities Analyze analyst workflows and prioritize operational improvements with clear owners and milestones Own process and tooling backlog and coordinate delivery with engineering Build reporting infrastructure for SOC performance (queue health, MTTD/MTTR, utilization) Drive cross-functional alignment with Support Operations and lead rollouts of tools and training Requirements 5+ years in operations, business operations, or process improvement Experience analyzing workflows and defining prioritized requirements Experience building operational reporting and dashboards, comfortable with data Familiarity with SOC operations: ticketing, alert queues, SLA tracking, escalations
