- •We're looking for a Staff Backend Engineer to help define and scale the core systems powering our rapidly growing B2B SaaS platform.
- •This is a deeply technical role focused on building reliable, high-performance infrastructure and backend services, while embracing AI-assisted engineering as a core part of how modern software gets built.
- •Key Responsibilities Own major areas of backend architecture, including APIs, distributed systems, data models, infrastructure, and core business logic.
- •Use AI-assisted engineering tools as part of your daily workflow to accelerate development, debugging, testing, documentation, and operational efficiency.
- •Identify opportunities to integrate AI into both internal engineering systems and customer-facing platform capabilities.
- •Design, build, test, deploy, and iterate on production systems end-to-end with a focus on reliability, scalability, and maintainability.
- •Architect systems capable of supporting increasing scale, complexity, and evolving customer workflows.
- •Requirements 8+ years of backend or full-stack engineering experience, ideally in SaaS or high-scale distributed systems environments.
- •Proven experience designing, scaling, and operating complex backend systems from early-stage growth through maturity.
- •Deep expertise in distributed systems, APIs, data modeling, infrastructure, and backend architecture patterns.
- •Strong proficiency with modern AI engineering workflows and tooling.
- •You actively use AI to improve development speed, problem solving, system understanding, and operational efficiency.
- •Strong execution mindset with the ability to balance rapid iteration against long-term reliability and maintainability.
