• •We are seeking a Factory Head & Director of Operations to establish, stabilize, and scale high-volume manufacturing operations for our products.
• •This role is critical for the future of our joint venture, requiring leadership across multiple teams.
• •Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end factory operations, including production, process engineering, and workforce planning.
• •Implement and scale Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma practices for throughput optimization and waste reduction.
• •Drive rapid hiring and onboarding, scaling the workforce and building a high-performing operations team.
• •Ensure operational readiness and successful ramp-up from initial setup to stable, high-volume production.
• •Requirements 5+ years in high-volume manufacturing environments, with proven experience in greenfield factory setup or startup environments.
• •Expertise in Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma, with a focus on throughput optimization.
• •Strong leadership skills in team building, rapid hiring, and workforce development.
• •Fluent in German and English; EU Citizenship required.
