Develop and evaluate workplace mental health training programs.

• •Lead development and evaluation of workplace mental health learning programs, partnering with customers and cross-functional teams to deliver research-backed, scalable training and outcomes reporting.
• •Key Responsibilities Curate source material and develop research-backed workplace mental health training content.
• •Scope and build multi-modal learning plans and large-scale training initiatives.
• •Develop and scale program evaluation and quality assurance practices.
• •Enhance outcomes reporting and communicate impact to stakeholders.
• •Facilitate expert-level workshops and high-profile training events.
• •Requirements Graduate degree in psychology, public health, or health promotion.
• •Experience as a consultant or SME in workplace mental health or wellbeing.
• •Experience developing psychoeducational content for live and written formats.
• •Expertise in program evaluation, measurement, and quality improvement.
