Assist customers using Contentful to build digital experiences.
- •Contentful's Customer Support Engineers assist customers using Contentful to build digital experiences.
- •They work directly with developers, troubleshoot issues, and escalate when necessary.
- •Key Responsibilities Assist customers with scaling and new integrations.
- •Identify and research Contentful-related issues.
- •Troubleshoot and resolve issues through ticket-based assistance.
