- •We're hiring a Front End Engineer to build and own our design system and ship full features end-to-end.
- •Key Responsibilities Build and own our design system on top of shadcn/ui and Tailwind.
- •Design and ship full features end-to-end.
- •Redesign and modernize existing surfaces.
- •Set the visual direction for a fintech product.
- •Make architecture decisions about component composition, theming, and reusability.
- •Collaborate closely with backend engineers.
- •Requirements Strong command of shadcn/ui, Radix primitives, Tailwind CSS, and React/TypeScript.
- •A portfolio or GitHub history showing products you designed and built yourself, start to finish.
- •Real product design judgment: typography, spacing, color systems, information hierarchy, and the ability to simplify complex, data-heavy interfaces.
- •Comfort owning ambiguity.
- •Experience building or significantly extending a design system in a real production codebase.
