- •The Strategic Account Manager will grow and manage enterprise-level accounts post-sale, driving adoption and expansion of Ethos offerings across partner organizations.
- •Key Responsibilities Lead post-deal partner management and sales planning to drive growth Monitor account performance using data-driven metrics Cultivate relationships with key agents and influencers Drive onboarding, integration, and enablement across partner organizations Travel approximately 5 days per month Requirements 5 years experience in life insurance distribution Experience with Network Marketing Organizations Proven sales development and partnership/account scaling experience Strong project and stakeholder management skills Comfortable working cross-functionally and in ambiguous environments
