Senior Operations Manager

• •As the Senior Operations Manager, you will drive the performance and success of daily operations in the warehouse.
• •Key Responsibilities Maintain a Safety-First culture in our food-based Fulfillment Center (FC).
• •Oversee the day-to-day operations in the FC, driving performance to continuously meet both long
• •and short-term company goals.
• •Lead and motivate large cross-functional teams, including receiving, production, inventory control, and shipping.
• •Champion continuous improvement efforts throughout the organization identifying areas of opportunity and implementing new processes to meet business needs.
• •Analyze production data to prepare and issue performance reports, identifying areas of improvement.
• •Requirements Previous leadership experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment Familiarity with regulatory requirements for operating plants An ability to adapt to changing priorities, delegate, and manage time efficiently Experience conducting root cause analysis investigations Experience training others to new processes or procedural updates
