• •Key Responsibilities Build and enhance features for Siro's direct consumers, creating intuitive user experiences for our AI-powered sales platform Own the end-to-end development of key features, from architectural decisions through implementation, deployment, and support Craft intuitive, performant user interfaces that make complex AI insights accessible to our users Drive technical excellence through thoughtful code reviews, documentation, and engineering best practices Partner closely with product and design teams to transform customer needs into elegant technical solutions Requirements 10+ years of professional software engineering experience Strong proficiency in TypeScript frameworks Experience with Node.js and REST API design Demonstrated skill in web performance optimization Strong problem solver with the ability to think critically and approach challenges with a first-principles mindset Strong communication skills, able to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
