About the role

Lead and grow Epidemic Sound's DACH enterprise sales and regional commercial team.

  • Lead Epidemic Sound's commercial strategy and revenue growth across the DACH region, managing both new logo acquisition and existing customer expansion while reporting to the VP of Enterprise Europe & APAC.
  • Key Responsibilities Lead, coach and mentor a cross-functional regional sales and customer success team.
  • Operate as a player/coach by executing and closing enterprise deals.
  • Generate new enterprise accounts and manage retention and expansion of the regional portfolio.
  • Define regional sales best practices and collaborate with global leaders to localize impact.
  • Requirements 4+ years managerial experience leading commercial teams. 8+ years complex B2B sales experience, preferably in SaaS/technology.
  • Experience in AI-native or AI-forward environments leveraging AI tools.
  • Fluency in English and native/fluent German for DACH market.
