  • Echodyne is seeking a Europe Business Development Director to develop system integrator and ecosystem partner business plans.
  • This role focuses on strategic partner engagements across Europe to support sales teams and ensure partner success.
  • Key Responsibilities Find and develop strategic and emerging system integration and ecosystem partners.
  • Conduct high-level conversations with senior executives with prospective partners and customers.
  • Lead the development of partner profiles, including partner needs, issues and biases.
  • Conduct on-site overviews and training of the product.
  • Requirements Understanding of and a good network into the CUAS system integrator ecosystem.
  • Demonstrated technical acumen and the ability to articulate technical concepts.
  • Ability to develop a partner plan that aligns with the overall corporate strategic plan. 5 years (minimum) of full-cycle, complex partner and channel sales.
