QA Engineer - APAC

Own end-to-end QA for AI-powered developer products, designing tests and driving quality.

• •QA Engineer responsible for owning end-to-end product quality across AI workflows for Cognition's developer-focused products (Devin and Windsurf).
• •Key Responsibilities Test onboarding, chat, multi-file edits, agentic task execution, and autonomous workflows.
• •Design and run functional, regression, integration, exploratory, and E2E tests.
• •Identify edge cases, race conditions, and state recovery issues.
• •Reproduce, document, and debug issues across UI, orchestration, and AI behavior.
• •Build QA playbooks, automation, and evolve CI/CD testing practices.
• •Requirements 5+ years QA/Test Engineering experience testing complex workflows.
• •Strong developer mindset; comfortable reading/writing code (Python, TypeScript, or similar).
• •Deep expertise in functional, regression, exploratory, integration, and E2E testing.
• •Familiarity with CI/CD and test automation frameworks; schedule flexibility for US overlap.
