- •Drive strategic planning and execution, partnering closely with the CEO on company direction.
- •Manage relationships with industry partners and ensure a high hiring bar.
- •Requirements 3+ years as an Associate Partner (or equivalent) at a top-tier strategy consultancy.
- •Prior experience operating within a fast-growing company, not just advising.
- •Proven track record of improving financial performance and risk visibility.
- •Experience building or scaling a company operating system from the ground up.
- •Background leading or working with distributed, cross-border teams.
